Hey there lash newbie! We think lashes can be your best friend and we're flattered that you want to enter the lash world with Kawaii Girl! If you're a first timer, we usually recommend starting with a very light volume human hair lash like Ginza, Kanda or Roppongi. All three of these feature very lightweight human hair which is thinner in density and weight than our silk or mink lashes. Set on clear flexible bands which can be easier to apply than our other lashes, these are a great way to ease into the lash world. They're still just as durable as our other lashes though and can be worn up to 20 times with proper care!

For best results we recommend the following: Never pull excessively at the hairs. Specifically, our mink lashes are hand tied to the lash band - pulling excessively at the hairs will cause premature shedding. Apply lashes after you've applied eye shadow, liner or any other powders around your eye area to prevent makeup caking on the top of your eyelashes. Make sure you apply lash glue only to the lash band and not on the actual lash hairs. For best application results, trim the lash band to properly fit your own lash line length and make sure the glue is actually tacky (a little dry) before you apply to your lash line. Use actual eyelash glue meant for lash strips. Glue designed for individuals, eyelash extensions or hair extensions is not the same consistency as lash strip glue and can damage the band or lash hairs. Don't sleep in your lashes. You can crush the hairs and cause permanent crimps in them! Never pull off lashes! This can stretch or twist the lash band and hairs or pull out your own real lashes!! Remove lashes gently by soaking a cotton pad in makeup remover solution or using a makeup remover wipe to gently lift the band from your natural lash line. The remover will help to gently break down the lash glue while protecting the eyelash strips and your natural lashes. Remove any residual glue from the lash band and store in its original case until your next use!

Absolutely - all of our lashes can be re-worn multiple times! A great pair of lashes can be viewed as an investment! With proper care most Kawaii Girl Cosmetics lash wearers can reuse the same pair of lashes up to 20 times.

Absolutely! We completely understand that vegan beauty lovers are very concerned about the source of their cosmetics. This is why we offer a Silk Collection. Don't let the name fool you though! Although we've called them silk, they're actually crafted using a synthetic, man-made fiber that mimics the lush volume of a mink lash. Our silk lashes are 100% cruelty free and you can wear them with peace of mind.

Yes, you will need lash glue. KGC's lashes are not pre-glued. We recommend using lash strip glue. At this time, KGC does not offer glue as part of our product line but stay tuned as we're always innovating!

Unless the item is damaged, we will not accept a final sale item for return. Pending receipt of your return, your purchase amount will be returned via the method used at time of payment. For exchanges, once the incorrect item(s) is returned we will initiate the exchange.
